  • Do you have any experience with websites? Open or Close

    Absolutely we do!  We are able to call on 20 years of professional web design experience to make sure your page looks great and works just as you want it to.

  • Will our website be secure? Open or Close

    All our websites are hosted on a fast, backbone webserver. They are mobile friendly, secured under an https:// certificate, password protected, and backed up on a regular basis.

  • Do we need to know anything about websites, ouselves? Open or Close

    We'll work together with you to set up your personal wedding wensite - no prior website knowledge needed. Once it's up, we'll look after it for you and make changes as needed.

  • How do we get our personal wedding website set up? Open or Close

    Just message us via Facebook, or pop into our shop in Oswestry Indoor Market.

    Once you've made contact we'll still need you to drop by the shop so that we can get an idea of what you are needing and to make sure that we are able to do your wedding balloons on the date of your big day. Once that's confirmed, the rest can be done online via a handy form, through which you can send us everything we'll need to set up your personal wedding website. 

  • Do we have to be customers of Balloons for all Occasions? Open or Close

    Yes, to qualify for our free wedding website offer, you have to order wedding balloon decorations through Balloons for all Occasions in Oswestry.

  • How soon can we setup our website? Open or Close

    As soon as you like, though at the very least you need to have the date and the reception venue confirmed. Once those are in place, we can make sure you are booked into our diary.

  • When do we have to pay for the wedding decorations? Open or Close

    If you have a website with us, we just need you to come in no later that 4 weeks before the wedding, to confirm your order and make payment.

  • Do you offer different templates? Open or Close

    If you have a specific colour scheme in mind, let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

  • What if we change our minds? Open or Close

    We recognise that plans can change.You’re not locked in in any way.

    If, by the 4 week mark prior to your wedding, you change your mind about wanting wedding balloons, that’s fine. At that point we can either:

    1. Unpublish your wedding website. There will be no cost incurred irrespective of how long you have had it live with us.
    2. We can keep your wedding website live, without you buying wedding balloons from us, at a one-off charge of £25

    Either way, it’s a great deal.

  • How does the online RSVP work? Open or Close

    If you choose to make use of it, we can offer an online RSVP facility for your guests.

    Invited guests can indicate whether they are able to attend your wedding events (the main wedding lunch, evening event if there is one, or both). For those attending the wedding lunch, menu options can be provided, and guests’s selections returned with the RSVP.

    Youe RSVP can remain hidden until all the details are confirmed and you are ready to send out invites.

    The RSVPs will be stored in our database for safe keeping, but the reply will also go directly to an email address of your choosing.

  • Does it matter where our reception is being held? Open or Close

    If you are arranging to pick up your wedding balloon decorations from our shop yourself (open Wed, Fri and Sat), then no, it doesn’t matter where you plan to have your reception.

    However, if your decorations include something we have to deliver, such as an arch or an exploder balloon, then we will need to work out with you at the outset whether we will be able to do it. It will depend on ‘where’ and ‘when’, though normally we only deliver within a 20 mile radius of Oswestry.

    If for some reason we cannot deliever what you need, we'll tell you at the outset when you come in to see us.

  • Can we make changes to our website once it's published? Open or Close

    Certainly. If you have tweaks or updates, just email them to us and we'll update your site for you.
